Welcome to my Online Coaching service. 
 
This is where you will get all the accountability, support and direction you need to adhere to their training programs, nutrition and lifestyle habits.
 
Having me checking in with you across the week, reviewing your progress at key points can be the difference between adhering to a program or not. 
 
This isn’t an AI app, with template workouts, meal plans and automated bot messages. This is about having a fully qualified coach with 20 years of experience on your shoulder. Supporting you, highlighting your achievements and identifying areas for improvements and setting you up for the coming week. 
 
Everything is done through a state of the art training app. Syncing up your fitness watch (If you have one) and logging workouts, nutritional intake and daily habits everyday. I can log in and review your adherence across the week and give you feedback and guidance. By your side 24/7, whether that’s through what’sapp and in app messengers, video check-ins and coaching calls across the week and month. A real person who is fully invested into helping you achieve your goals.
 
Online coaching is also about building a community. I have an optional what’sapp group you can enter, with all my amazing clients in, who all support and encourage each other. Trying to do everything on your own can be a challenge. It’s easy to fall off track when life gets in the way, and with no one keeping you accountable and focussed, even the most motivated can find themselves lacking direction and drive sometimes. With group engagement and daily and weekly step, workout and nutrition challenges, you’ll never feel alone and will work as a teams to motivate and inspire others to stay on track. 
 
Have a question about your training or nutrition? I’ve got your back. Online information is a minefield and with so many conflicting viewpoints and extreme ideologies around diet and training, it’s hard to see the woods for the trees. I am here to help you out of the weeds and focus on the things that really matter. No extreme diets. No bio-hacks. No dogmatic bans on sugar, fats, animals/plants or absolutes when it comes to training. 
 
It’s about what works for you and the big picture when it comes to your overall mental and physical wellbeing.
